“Fantastic, quirky hotel. Bargain for the price I paid. Opposite the train station for convenience and a 15 minute walk to the main centre. Can’t wait to stay here again next time I visit Chester ”

“We stayed for three nights. There was absolutely no service, no cleaning at all, and remnants of the previous guest’s trash were still in the room. My body broke out in severe hives from the very first night, which gradually worsened. Considering the price we paid, the service was extremely poor.”

“We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant.”

“Non solo non mi hanno concesso l’upgrade gratuito, ma di tutte le tipologie di camere disponibili ci è stata data la più piccola, assolutamente scomoda per due. Il parcheggio che doveva essere gratuito è stato invece a pagamento. Prezzo colazione assolutamente spropositato rispetto a quanto fornito. Letto scomodissimo.”

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”
